Building a healthy future.

Due to open in 2015, the new St John of God Public and Private Hospital will deliver the very best in health care to the Eastern suburbs of Perth.

Built on an eight-hectare site, the public and private hospitals will be conveniently located within one complex, bringing health care closer to home. First class, contemporary facilities and distinctive compassionate care will greatly contribute to a healthy future for the people of Midland and surrounding communities.

State and Commonwealth Governments are investing $360 million in construction of the public hospital (307 public beds) in conjunction with St John of God Health Care who are investing $70 million in the private hospital (60 private beds).

This will be the first major hospital facility to be built in the Midland area for more than 50 years employing about 1,000 staff.
