  • Concrete Pumping / Placement - 28,000m³;
  • Plant and Equipment;
  • Site Accommodation;
  • Window / Facade Installation 60,500m²; and
  • On-site Personnel.

TOWER 2:

  • Scaffold and Access Solutions - 200 tonne;
  • Formwork - 35,000m²;
  • Concrete Supply / Pumping / Placement - 15,000m³;
  • Plant and Equipment;
  • Site Accommodation;
  • Window / Facade Installation 13,500m²; and
  • On-site Personnel.

A Bold New Commercial Development.

Brookfield Place is one of Australia’s most significant commercial developments. Located in the heart of the Perth CBD, the precinct is a fusion of world-class architecture and amenities.

TOWER 1

The centrepiece of Brookfield Place is the premium-grade, 45-level office tower incorporating the latest in workplace design. Over 75,000m² is leased by BHP Billiton as the anchor tenant. Brookfield Place is owned, managed and built by Brookfield and its subsidiaries. Construction was completed in 2013.

TOWER 2

Brookfield Place Tower 2 is a bold new commercial development adjacent to Tower 1. The premium grade 16 level office tower will have approximately 34,000m² of net lettable area and will overlook the Swan River. The building is targeting a 5 Star Green Star Design rating and 5 Star NABERS base building energy rating.
