Our approach to employee health recognises the need to establish control measures to reduce exposure to hazards in the workplace.

GCS Fit for Work Procedure covers areas such as fatigue management and drug and alcohol use. We recognise that health issues not only have the potential to impact on our safety performance, but may also cause community issues which in turn can impact our ability to contribute to sustainable development.
